The V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 16 (Mouse IgA) Kit is a qualitative multiplex serology assay for mouse antibodies to eight RBD antigens from variants of SARS-CoV-2, including the Beta, Delta, and several emerging variants. Panel 16 has RBD antigens from the following lineages: A (WT), (AY.1), (AY.2), (AY.3), (AY.4), (AY.5), (AY.6), (AY.7), (AY.12), (AY.14), (B.1.1.7+E484K), (B.1.258.17), (B.1.351), (B.1.351.1), (B.1.466.2), (B.1.525), (B.1.526), (B.1.617.2), (B.1.617.2+∆Y144), (B.1.618), (B.1.620), (P.2), (P.3), and (R.1).
