The V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 14 (Mouse IgG) Kit is a qualitative multiplex serology assay for mouse antibodies to ten Spike antigens from variants of SARS-CoV-2, including the Delta, Lambda, and several emerging variants. Panel 14 has Spike antigens from the following lineages: A (WT), (A.23.1), (A.VOI.V2), (B.1.1.519), (B.1.525), (B.1.617.2; AY.3; AY.5; AY.6; AY.7; AY.14) Alt Seq 1, (BV-1), (C.37), (P.3), and (R.1).
Note: Alternative S-GENE mutations for Spike of B.1.617.2 are listed as "Alt Seq #."
