TARC

TARC (CCL17) or small-inducible cytokine A17 (SCYA17) is a chemotactic factor for T-lymphocytes that may play a role in T-cell development in thymus and in trafficking and activation of mature T-cells. TARC binds to CCR4 along with MDC. TARC is associated with atopic dermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic rhinitis, multiple sclerosis, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
