MDC

Macrophage derived chemokine (MDC, CCL22) is a protein that is chemotactic for monocytes, dendritic cells, and natural killer cells. MDC plays a role in the trafficking of activated T-lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T-lymphocyte physiology. MDC is implicated in atopic dermatitis and gastric carcinoma.
