U-PLEX Mouse IL-15 Assay

U-PLEX Mouse IL-15 Assay Overview
The U-PLEX Mouse IL-15 Assay maximizes your flexibility to design an experiment that measures IL-15 alone or multiplexed with MSD U-PLEX assays, your own antibody pairs, or a combination of both. U-PLEX assays demonstrate high sensitivity, excellent precision, and up to 5-logs of linear dynamic range. Plates are read in less than 90 seconds on any MSD instrument, using no complicated fluidics or calibration procedures.

U-PLEX Mouse IL-15 Assay Features
  • Simple protocol similar to ELISAs, yet uses less sample
  • Measures mouse IL-15 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants
  • Create custom multiplexes using a selection of U-PLEX assays, your own antibody pairs or both

Assay Format
  • Singleplex – includes MSD GOLD Small Spot Streptavidin Plates
  • Multiplex – includes U-PLEX multiplex plates
  • Both formats use the same assay components for efficient transfer between single- and multiplex configurations.

IL-15 Analyte
Description- Mouse IL-15 is a glycosylated 18.1 kDa protein with two disulfide bonds and has structural similarity to IL-2. It stimulates the proliferation of T-lymphocytes and NK cells, and plays important roles in both innate and adaptive immunity. IL-15 supports naive and memory CD8+ T cells maintenance. The IL-15 receptor complex consists of IL-2Rβ, IL-2Rγ, and IL-15Rα. The IL-15Rα subunit binds IL-15 with high affinity.

Disease Focus - Aging, cell maturation, regulations of cellular processes, pediatric asthma.
