U-PLEX Human MCP-3 Assay

U-PLEX Human MCP-3 Assay Overview
The U-PLEX Human MCP-3 Assay maximizes your flexibility to design an experiment that measures MCP-3 alone or multiplexed with other MSD U-PLEX assays, your own antibody pairs, or a combination of both. This assay accurately quantitates native and recombinant human MCP-3 in multiple sample types. To learn more about the advantages of U-PLEX assays click here.

Description - Human monocyte chemoattractant protein 3 (CCL7, FIC, MARC, SCYA7; Gene ID: 6354) is a member of the CC family of chemokines and binds to at least three different receptors – CCR1, CCR2, and CCR3. It is chemoattractant for various immune cells including NK cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, eosinophils, and basophils. MCP-3 is expressed my macrophages and certain tumors.

Disease Focus/Application Area - Allergic inflammation, HIV, tuberculosis, and graft–vs-host disease.
