U-PLEX Human IL-17A/F Assay Overview
The U-PLEX Human IL-17A/F Assay maximizes your flexibility to design an experiment that measures IL-17A/F heterodimer alone or multiplexed with MSD U-PLEX assays, your own antibody pairs, or a combination of both. U-PLEX assays demonstrate high sensitivity, excellent precision, and up to 5-logs of linear dynamic range. Plates are read in less than 90 seconds on any MSD instrument, using no complicated fluidics or calibration procedures.

IL-17A/F Analyte
Description - Human IL-17A/F is a cross-linked heterodimer composed of IL-17A (CTLA8) and IL-17F proteins that is secreted by IL-23 activated TH17 cells. IL-17A and IL-17F are both prototypical of the IL-17 family of cytokines. IL-17A/F binds to IL-17RA and recruits neutrophils with intermediate potency between IL-17A and IL-17F homodimers*.

Disease Focus - Autoimmune and inflammatory diseases including asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

*Note - IL-17A/F measurement may be impacted by IL-17A.
