The Mouse IL-23 Antibody is a SULFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for IL-23. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Mouse IL-23 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Mouse IL-23 (IL-12B) is a heterodimer composed of the p40 protein that is shared with IL-12, and p19, which belongs to the IL-6 superfamily. IL-23 is secreted by dendritic cells and macrophages, is involved in Th17 cell differentiation in a pro-inflammatory setting, and induces proliferation of memory T cells.
