The Mouse IL-12p70 Tissue Culture Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of both natural and recombinant mouse interleukin-12p70 (IL-12p70) in tissue culture supernatant. This assay recognizes the heterodimer (IL-12p70) of IL-12 but not the individual p40 and p35 subunits.
