The Human IL-27 Antibody is SULFO-TAG-conjugated detection antibody for IL-27. It is the same detection antibody that is in V-PLEX Human IL-27 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Interleukin-27 is a heterodimer compose of p28 and EBI3. It is secreted by dendritic cells and macrophages, and induces proliferation of naive T cells.
