Can sample dilutions other than the recommended dilutions be run? Can you lower the dilution factor to increase sensitivity?
Dilution linearity for CSF is provided in the product insert and data sheets. To conserve precious samples, you may run samples at a lower dilution; however, our validations were performed at 1:8 dilution for the Human Aß42 assay and at 1:4 dilution for the Human Total Tau assay.
