Can I re-read a plate?
No. Once the wells have been exposed to the electrochemiluminescence process, the chemistry of the coating and solution will change. The data from subsequent reads will have poor quality. The plate cannot be washed and reused for another assay. You can, however, use part of a plate to run a limited number of assays and save the rest of the plate for future use.
