The David H. Murdock Research Institute (DHMRI) provides research and development solutions at the intersection of human health, nutrition, and agriculture. DHMRI has developed a multidisciplinary, integrated approach that incorporates genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, light microscopy, NMR, clinical chemistry, cellular biology, and immunology. The Institute has employed the MSD platform for several years and it is a preferred platform for medium throughput targeted assays. Working alongside MSD, the DHMRI has validated several assays for different models including non-human primates. DHMRI has leveraged the platform to find answers to advance research and product development for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and AgBio collaborators.
