MIG

Monokine Induced by Gamma Interferon (CMK, MIG, Humig, SCYB9, crg-10, CXCL9) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. MIG is a T-cell chemoattractant, which is induced by IFN-γ. It functions as one of three ligands that bind to the CXCR3 chemokine receptor, a G protein-coupled receptor, found predominantly on T cells. It affects the growth, movement, and activation state of cells that participate in immune and inflammatory responses.
