U-PLEX Combos offer popular panels of biomarkers that have been grouped together for convenient ordering. They have been tested for multiplex compatibility and are fulfilled as a kit. The TH17 Combo 3 (mouse) combines 10 analytes (Table 1) that have been associated with inflammation and immune system regulation. The assays can be used for quantitative measurements of the sample type(s) listed in the "Specifications" tab below, and offer detection limits (LLODs) in the sub- to low pg/mL range.
Note: This Combo is provided as an alternative to the V-PLEX TH17 Panel 1 Mouse, which is currently unavailable. It contains assays for the same 10 analytes and is also provided on a single plate. Measurement of some analytes may be impacted by components used to measure other analytes in the Combo. You may choose to avoid any potential conflicts by using the U-PLEX Assay Designer to create a multi-plate assay for the same 10 analytes.
