The U-PLEX T-cell Differentiation Panel 1 (human) is a 10-plex assay (Table 1) that measures analytes involved in differentiation of T-cells. All U-PLEX preblended panels provide capture and detection antibodies as prepared blends, resulting in fewer vials to handle and a simpler and faster protocol compared to traditional U-PLEX assays.
