U-PLEX Human M-CSF Assay

U-PLEX Human M-CSF Assay Overview
The U-PLEX Human M-CSF Assay maximizes your flexibility to design an experiment that measures M-CSF alone or multiplexed with other MSD U-PLEX assays, your own antibody pairs, or a combination of both. This assay accurately quantitates native and recombinant human M-CSF in multiple sample types. To learn more about the advantages of U-PLEX assays click here.

Description - Human macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF1; Gene ID: 1435) is a growth factor that binds to the CSF1 receptor. There are two versions of M-CSF, membrane bound and secreted. M-CSF induces hematopoietic stem cells to differentiate and proliferate into monocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes. It also promotes the release of proinflammatory chemokines and is involved in bone maintenance and development.

Disease Focus/Application Area - Breast cancer and osteoporosis.
