Description - Human interleukin 17B (NIRF, IL-20, ZCYT07; Gene ID: 27190) is a member of the Th17 family of cytokines which are strongly linked to autoimmune disorders. Little is known about IL-17B specifically though. It is highly expressed in the spinal cord and preferentially binds to the IL-17RB receptor.

Disease Focus/Application Area - Leiomyoma and autoimmune disorders.
