The Mouse MIP-2 Antibody is a SULFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for MIP-2. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Mouse MIP-2 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Mouse MIP-2 is structurally and functionally related to CXCL1/GRO-α, CXCL3/GRO-3, and IL-8/CXCL8. MIP-2 is secreted by monocytes and macrophages and is chemotactic for granulocytes including neutrophils. Its receptor (CXCR2) is homologous to human IL8R.
