The Human IL-1RA Antibody is a SULFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for IL-1RA. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Human IL-1RA Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Human IL-1RA is secreted by various cell types including epithelial cells, monocytes, and adipocytes. It binds to the IL-1 receptor thus preventing signaling by both IL-1α and IL 1β cytokines
