Calibrator 17 is a lyophilized blend of 7 recombinant mouse proteins: MMP-9 (total), TNF-RI, TARC, NGAL/LCN2, SDF-1α, RANTES, and Eotaxin. It is intended for use as an assay calibrator for MSD U-PLEX mouse assays that measure any of the included analytes. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. Individual analyte concentrations are provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. TNF-RI, TARC, SDF-1α, RANTES, and Eotaxin were expressed in E. coli. MMP-9 (total) and NGAL/LCN2 were expressed in a mouse cell line.
