Calibrator 14 is a lyophilized blend of 6 human proteins: BAFF (134-285), BDNF (129-247), β-NGF (122-241), FGF-23 (25-251), FSH, and LH. It was developed for use as an assay calibrator for MSD U-PLEX human assays that measure BAFF, BDNF, β-NGF, FGF-23, FSH, and LH. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. The amount of each analyte is provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. BAFF was expressed in human cells, BDNF was expressed in insect cells, β-NGF and FGF-23 were expressed in mouse cells, and FSH and LH were natively sourced.
