Our catalog assays generally ship within 1-3 business days.
Custom Orders
Custom assay orders can take a bit more time to ship as each assay is specifically made for each customer. These orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks unless the customer is notified otherwise at time of order.
Shipping Tracking
Online orders can be tracked by reviewing your order within the Order History section of your online account profile. Customer Service can assist you with orders via email or fax.
