Can I use my own diluents and wash buffer when running R-PLEX assays?
Diluents used to generate the reported data are recommended as starting diluents with R-PLEX singleplex assays. Other diluents may be selected based on results from assay optimization. Phosphate-buffered saline plus 0.05% Tween-20 (PBS-T) can be used for plate washing.
