Does MSD offer a multiplex for Aß42, Total Tau, and p-Tau (181)?

No, but the assays can be provided as a custom multiplex. However, the custom multiplex will not be validated. In human CSF, the Aß42 assay requires a 1:8 dilution to eliminate matrix effects, whereas the Human Total Tau assay requires, minimally, a 1:2 dilution. The current MSD pTau(181) assay does not have a calibrator and has been tested in cell lysates, tissue homogenate, and culture supernatant. For custom multiplexes, the protocol may need to be optimized, but the validated Human Aß42 protocol may be used as a starting point for optimization.
