This Human Abeta 40 Ultra-Sensitive Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of both natural and recombinant human Abeta 40 in human CSF. The assay utilizes the anti-beta amyloid (1-16) antibody (6E10 clone) as the capture antibody and an Abeta 40-specific detection antibody. The 6E10 clone is provided by Covance Research Products, Inc.
