The V-PLEX Plus Cytolytic Panel 1 (human) Kit includes biomarkers (Table 1) that capture key features of immune cell activation and cytolytic processes. This panel uses a simplified protocol: incubate and read in under 3 hours. The assays can be used for quantitative measurement in the matrices listed in the "Specifications" tab below and offer sensitivity limits (LLODs and LLOQs) in the sub- to low pg/mL range. V-PLEX Plus kits include controls, wash buffer, and plate seals.
