The Mouse IL-22 Antibody is a SULFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for IL-22. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Mouse IL-22 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Mouse IL-22 (TIFa; IL-TIF) is a homodimer that is secreted by activated T-cells – especially TH17 cells, and NK cells. IL-22 signals through a heterodimeric receptor composed of IL-22R and IL-10Rβ that is expressed primarily on epithelial cells, which it promotes to proliferate.
