The Mouse IL-12 Base Kit provides basic components for the quantitative determination of both natural and recombinant mouse interleukin-12 (IL-12). This assay recognizes both monomeric (IL-12p40 and IL-12p35) and the heterodimeric (IL-12p70) forms of IL-12. Base kits generally include only MSD plates coated with the capture antibody, SULFO-TAG-labeled antibody, and MSD proprietary read buffer. (See product insert for a list of kit components.)
