Ligand for Glucocorticoid-Induced TNFR-Related protein (GITRL, AITRL, TNFSF18, TNLG2A) is a cytokine in the TNF ligand family that binds to the GITR/AITR receptor. GITRL acts as a costimulator to lower the threshold for T-cell activation and proliferation. GITRL is important for interactions between activated T lymphocytes and endothelial cells. It promotes leukocyte adhesion to endothelial cells and is chemoattractant, drawing monocytes to sites of inflammation.

GITRL Singleplex Products

Our GITRL immunoassays provide fast, accurate, reproducible, and highly sensitive measurements of GITRL. MSD’s MULTI-ARRAY technology uses simple protocols, requires minimal sample, and quantifies analyte concentration over a wide dynamic range.
