V-PLEX Mouse IL-22 Kit Overview
The V-PLEX Mouse IL-22 Kit is optimized for long-term and multi-site biomarker studies that require reliable, reproducible results with lot-to-lot consistency. The V-PLEX Mouse IL-22 Kit enables the sensitive detection of native IL-22 in multiple sample types including serum, plasma, urine, and cell culture supernatant. The V-PLEX Mouse IL-22 assay is available as an individual assay as well as in a multiplex combination with other Th17-related analytes in the V-PLEX Th17 Panel 1 Mouse Kit (catalog # K15246G, K15246D).

All V-PLEX kits come with coated plates, calibrators, labeled detection antibodies, optimized diluents, a comprehensive product insert, and a certificate of analysis.

IL-22 Analyte

Description - Mouse IL-22 (TIFa; IL-TIF) is a homodimer that is secreted by activated T cells – especially Th17 cells, and NK cells. IL-22 signals through a heterodimeric receptor composed of IL-22R and IL-10Rβ that is expressed primarily on epithelial cells, which it promotes to proliferate.
