The Mouse IL-12 (total) Tissue Culture Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of both natural and recombinant mouse interleukin-12 (IL-12) in tissue culture supernatant. This assay recognizes both the monomeric (IL-12p40 and IL-12p35) and the heterodimeric (IL-12p70) forms of IL-12.
