Calibrator 7 is a lyophilized blend of seven recombinant mouse proteins: IL-16, IL-17A, IL-17C, IL-17E,/IL-25, IL-21, IL-22, and IL-23. It was developed for use as an assay calibrator for MSD U-PLEX mouse assays that measure any of the included proteins. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. Individual analyte concentrations are provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. Calibrator 7 includes IL-16, IL-17A, IL-17C, IL-17E/IL-25, IL-21, and IL-22 expressed in E. coli, and recombinant IL-23 (for both IL-12/IL-23p40 and IL-23 assays) expressed in insect cells.
