The Human IL-9 Antibody is a SMicroliterFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for IL-9. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Human IL-9 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Human interleukin 9 is a pleiotropic cytokine that has effects on both myeloid and lymphoid cells. It is produced by at least 2 subtypes of T helper cells. Th2 cells were the first cell type that was recognized to produce IL-9. Recently Th17 T cells have been found to secrete IL-9.
