The Human IL-31 Antibody is a SULFO-TAG-conjugated detection antibody for IL-31. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Human IL-31 Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Interleukin-31 is primarily expressed by Th2 cells and is implicated in inflammatory bowel disease and atopic dermatitis.
