SECTOR^® Imager 2400

The SECTOR Imager 2400 reader is the newest member of the award-winning SECTOR Imager product line. The SECTOR Imager 2400 reader uses ultra-low noise charge-coupled device (CCD) camera with custom-designed telecentric lenses for rapid detection in all MULTI-ARRAY^® or MULTI-SPOT^® plates. It is ideal for applications requiring high information content and high throughput. Whether you are multiplexing biomarkers and cytokines or screening kinases, ubiquitin ligases, integrins or GPCRs, you will appreciate the simple no-wash formats and minimal consumption of reagents.

The SECTOR Imager 2400 reader offers all the capabilities of the SECTOR Imager 6000 reader: high sensitivity for single or multiple analyte assays and other complex biological targets. The SECTOR instrument is a medium throughput imaging detection system, capable of multiplexing in all spot formats and reads 96- and 384-well plates. It offers excellent sensitivity and dynamic range, while providing speed suitable for medium throughput screening laboratories, as well as those laboratories involved in cytokine multiplexing but with lesser throughput requirements.
